At Miracal Attar, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
Due to the personal and hygiene nature of attar and fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or partially used items.
Refunds or replacements will only be approved after verification by our support team. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Miracal Attar reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases of misuse, false claims, or policy violations.
